Algohorse ("we", "us") provides data-driven horse-racing analysis and tips via this website and connected apps (the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. Not financial advice, no guarantee

Our tips are statistical analysis and opinion generated by a model. They are not financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing on the Service is a promise or guarantee of profit. Betting carries risk; past performance does not guarantee future results. All decisions, and all losses, are your own.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Trial terms are shown at sign-up. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or scrape our tips or data, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully. Access is for your personal use.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for missed selections due to downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
